A company called Nanosolar has reportedly found a way to build solar cells 100 times thinner, but in 1% of the time. As a result, they’ve supposedly reached the $1/watt threshold that makes solar more viable than coal.

  • The company's website was first "stumbled" in December 2004, which is a long time in today's technology.

  • It is unbelivable to see that solar price is going to drop to us$1/watt.But in other ways,more people can be afford to use the solar energy.
