However, if you're using the whole alt+deccode format, ü is alt+129, not alt+151&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My findings have been verified by &lt;a href="http://www.asciitable.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;asciitable.com&lt;/a&gt; that the dec code for ü is indeed 129.  151 is ù.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Tim</dc:creator><pubDate>Thu, 20 Jul 2006 11:04:33 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
