What is this in comparison to? ie: What was in your car before you tried this? Same octane but a brand known to have a lesser amount of detergent additive?

In comparison to the highest octane offerings at my local gas station that is NOT on the list, as well as with BP.

most automakers clearly state which fuel should be used for which models. every vehicle i've owned has recommended regular unleaded, maybe when i get a 335i i'll splurge for the good stuff :)
