It is an exercise/nutrition book in the form of a self-help book. It is food for thought, whether you work out or not.

Re: Self-Control *Is* The Key

Have you read the book the 7 habits of highly successful people. I think you need to be more of what the book calls being proactive.

Jason

Re: Self-Control *Is* The Key

Not sure about the exercise, 'cause there's plenty of natural beauty here to MAKE me get out and workout. Not the case with my office gym. I'm making myself work out there and it's so difficult.

As for eating out, since it all really hinders on having the money to eat out, can you allocate that money that you've figured out you've been spending buying meals and automatically send it to an account that you don't have easy access to? I did that with my savings account, which wasn't linked to my debit card. In order to get money out of it, I had to drive to a bank. Nothing forces you to not eat meals out than not having the money to. That was the case for me a couple of years ago.

P.S. I haven't been perfect with the savings thing. I've since linked it up to my debit card, but I plan on cancelling that soon.
