Wanting a small government and Civil Rights doesn't scare me. The Patriot Act scares me.

The fact it is called the "Patriot Act" is not just horrifying but repugnant. It implies that if you are against it, you are unpatriotic.

"Homeland Security" sounds so Orwellian, it's scary.

It's not like he would come in to office and just flip a switch and the country changes, but he could definitely help stop the downward spiral that we are in today.

Re: Paul’s Supporters Blow Up the Text Poll After the Debate

With all do respect, I watch the debate last night and Mr. Paul was scary. Fox is right on, he doesn't have a chance and there's nothing the technogeeks can do about it. Have a great day!

Re: Paul’s Supporters Blow Up the Text Poll After the Debate

Polls are worthless anyway. The "average" person doesn't participate in polls.

Re: Paul’s Supporters Blow Up the Text Poll After the Debate

That is exactly what happened.

They also showed that stupid "applause-ometer" and when Dr. Paul spoke the crowd was very quiet... FOX said that showed disapproval, but the crowd was just listening INTENTLY because Paul is the first candidate to say these things.

FOX was distorting everything to make Dr. Paul out to be the loser, and Mocked him.

I am pissed off at the end of the debate because of these biased news programs.
