I've also bought an iMac 24" last week!
But not the last model, the previous "low" level iMac 24", the 2.4 GHz, from the Refurb Store: the price was very nice!
I'm a switcher and I fond Leopard very good!

The 24" imac is unique in that it has a S-IPS panel in it (better viewing angle, 24-bit color). The S-IPS is basically the best panel available in consumer devices and is not present in the smaller imacs. They tend not to advertise which panel is in a display, but you can infer it from the published viewing angle specs.

still hanging on to my G5 dualie for as long as I can, bought it 6months before they announced the Intel migration. TY Apple! It's still a good PC and has been for years, but If I could throw away $16000 I'd max out the new Powermac.
