Thanks for sharing. Your story reminded me of my own grandfather (who passed away about 20 years ago). He too was fascinated by the wonders of technology. Back then I used to love WORDSEARCH puzzles and he used to send me the ones from his paper. When I got my first computer (Coleco ADAM), I wrote a BASIC program to allow you to enter a wordsearch puzzle. It would display the puzzle on the screen. Then you could enter a word and the program would find it in the grid and display the letters for that word in a different color. My grandfather thought that was amazing. :) Thanks for making me think again of my own grandfather and the memories I have with him. I'm sorry for your loss, but he lives on in your memories.

Sorry to hear of your loss Daniel. Thanks for sharing some memories of him with the rest of us. You've painted the picture of a great man, sounds like the people who knew him were lucky to have.
