    If you want to add to your hatred of your own site design you may want to take in these two presentations that I caught during SXSW:


    Typography on the web sucks
    Grids are good


    I think you'll want to apply what these guys taught as soon as possible :-D I found it very inspiring — very reminiscent of my time in the Netherlands where the discipline of modernist poster design will never go out of style.
