    Personally I think they are not good where they are located. It really distracts the eye from your content. Maybe try the side.

    Yeah, that's where I wanted to put them initially, but if I did that I'd have to have a long line of them going down the page to even it out.

    I ended up thinking that would be even more distracting than these two... (shrugs)
