Well, at the very least, the article left out some information that would put the numbers in context. Addressing each quote you included in your post:
(1) What percentage of the residents in Washington, DC are blacks?
(2) How many black Americans are there? How many Ethiopians?
(3) WHAT? So, we have black problems and white problems and Republican solutions and Democratic solutions (a reference to a prior post). Why can't people realize that we have problems and need solutions? The labels are not generally helpful.
